Our customers will receive the very best follow-up and service. In addition to selling products and related services, we also operate an installation base of more than 1,100 robots in Norway and work extensively with our customers on upgrades, training and service.
We do not simply deliver a robot and associated equipment, we also work closely with our customers to provide them with the right advice before they purchase a robot.
Once the customer has purchased a robot, we follow this up with a training course. This makes it easier for the customer to troubleshoot, and allows them to make better use of the robot. They also experience improved uptime.
We have our own support centre where the customer can keep up-to-date with the case using their own page on the Internet:
